Open Question: how can u get wavy hair like they do on tv?

i part my hair down the side cuz i have side bangs. on the side with less hair it gets curly on the edges. on the other side my hair gets culy, but the back of my hair is straight. is there a way that i can get my hair wavy like branda song or ashley tisdale. i dotn want to have to straighten my hair all the time becuz it looks bad natural. my hair is a little below my shoulders...
